At Zenryoku Podcast, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we’ve created the following policies for booking, cancellations, and rescheduling: Booking Confirmation: Once your interview is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the interview details and a Zoom link. Please make sure to join at the scheduled time, as we often have back-to-back sessions. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your interview, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within this timeframe will allow us to accommodate other guests and reschedule efficiently. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a reschedule unless under special circumstances, determined on a case-by-case basis. Rescheduling Policy: We understand things happen! You may reschedule your interview up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled time without penalty. To reschedule, simply reply to the confirmation email or contact us directly. Rescheduling within 48 hours may be subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee a new interview slot within the same week. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend the scheduled interview without prior notice, this will be considered a no-show. Unfortunately, no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or a future interview slot without approval. Please communicate with us ahead of time if something comes up. Waitlist Policy: If your preferred interview date is unavailable, we encourage you to join our waitlist. Should a guest cancel, we’ll contact waitlisted individuals on a first-come, first-served basis to fill the open slot. Late Arrivals: We value everyone’s time, so please aim to be on time. If you’re running late, we will hold your spot for up to 10 minutes past the scheduled start time. Beyond that, your interview may be canceled or rescheduled depending on availability.
