To ensure the best possible experience for all clients, we have outlined our general booking, cancellation, and rescheduling policies. Please review the following to understand how we manage our services: Booking Confirmation: Once you book a service, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details, including date, time, and any relevant instructions. Please make sure to review this information carefully. Cancellation Policy: We ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to others. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit, depending on the service. Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to availability and could incur a rescheduling fee. Please contact us as early as possible to make changes to your booking. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the appointment and fail to notify us in advance, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows may forfeit any payments made and may not be eligible for rescheduling without an additional booking fee. Late Arrival: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to shorten the session or reschedule based on the remaining time available. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be canceled. Waitlist Policy: If a service is fully booked, we offer a waitlist. Should an opening become available, we will contact those on the waitlist on a first-come, first-served basis.
